Mortgage Customer Service Operations Manager Guidance Residential, LLC is the leading national mortgage lender dedicated to providing competitive Sharia-compliant home financing options to consumers across the United States.
We seek a professional Customer Service Operations Manager to join our highly motivated mortgage Sales and Operations team. This person will be an integral member of the Fulfillment group, overseeing and expediting the application process, post-originating up to closing, to meet customer service, compliance and productivity standards. Incumbent acts as a liaison for Sales support and manages the Processing staff. Will assist management in developing sales and operational efficiencies and provide training to Fulfillment employees on policies, products, and systems.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree; two to five years in mortgage banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to five years previous managerial experience, as well as excellent organizational skills; effective presentation skills; and excellent verbal communication skills. Must have proven track record of operational results. Strong mastery of English, with Fluency in Urdu and/or Arabic preferred.
